摘要：在經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代社會，標準化在制造業(yè)中已經(jīng)得到了廣泛而成功的運用。通過標準化工作可以優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結構、節(jié)約成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率、增強企業(yè)在市場中的競爭力。對于工程設計單位來說，如何在保證安全質量的前提下實現(xiàn)效率更高、成本更低、測量更準確的標準化設計同樣是發(fā)展的必由之路。本文將結合儀表專業(yè)的實際情況，分析介紹一下球罐標準化設計中的液位測量儀表的選型以及應用。

Abstract:Sta n d a rd i zat i o n h a s b e e n w i d e s p rea d u s e d i nmanufacturing industry. Through standardization, product structurecan be optimized, cost can be saved, production efficiency canbe improved, and market competitiveness can be enhanced.Standardized design is the only way for engineers to achieve higherefficiency, lower cost and more accurate measurement whileensuring safety and quality. Based on the practical application ofinstrument specialty, the author puts forward the selection andapplication scheme of level measuring instrument in standardizeddesign of spherical tank.
