摘要:應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)對發(fā)電機(jī)組累積的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行工況尋優(yōu)、設(shè) 備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)尋優(yōu),建立設(shè)備經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)評價曲線,通過對設(shè)備的歷史數(shù)據(jù) 進(jìn)行分析獲得設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)趨勢,可以指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)人員對運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行及 時調(diào)整,提高機(jī)組的效率。本文針對燃?xì)怆姀S汽輪機(jī)背壓的尋優(yōu)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行 介紹,提出需要解決的問題以及實現(xiàn)方法。

Abstract: The big data analysis technology is applied to optimize the accumulated operation data of the generator set and the operation status of the equipment to establish equipment economic index evaluation curve. Through the analysis of the historical data of the equipment, the operation status trend of equipment is obtained, which can guide the production personnel to adjust the operating conditions in time and improve the efficiency of the unit. In this article, the optimization system of back pressure of steam turbine in gas power plant is introduced, and the problems to be solved and the realization method are put forward.
