摘要：本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)火電行業(yè)大型燃煤機(jī)組，無(wú)法發(fā)揮現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，提高熱控設(shè)備的檢修維護(hù)效率、實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修等問(wèn)題，從系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的施工安裝、通信質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)、基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)整，到最終的臺(tái)賬建立、故障預(yù)警和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，設(shè)計(jì)出一套完整的技術(shù)應(yīng)用方案，解決了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)在大型燃煤火電機(jī)組的深度應(yīng)用問(wèn)題，實(shí)現(xiàn)了熱控設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)、故障診斷及預(yù)測(cè)維護(hù)等功能，為推廣現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)應(yīng)用提供了重要借鑒。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large coal-fired units in domestic thermal power industry, such as the lack of fieldbus technology advantages, the improvement of maintenance efficiency of thermal control equipment and the realization of condition-based maintenance of equipment, this paper designs a complete set of technical applications from the construction and installation of system equipment, communication quality monitoring, remote adjustment of basic parameters, to the final account establishment, early fault warning and data statistical analysis. The scheme solves the deep application problem of Fieldbus Technology in large coal-fired thermal power units,achieves the functions of remote maintenance, fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of thermal control equipment, and provides an important reference for popularizing the application of Fieldbus technology.
