摘要:本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)大型燃煤火電機(jī)組、國(guó)產(chǎn)DCS與DEH一體化控制系統(tǒng)在額定工況下首次完成在線伺服卡更換的實(shí)踐,揭開(kāi)了特殊方式下DEH快速控制系統(tǒng)軟硬件相互緊密耦合的特性,克服了伺服子卡隱性故 障排查和在線操作的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn),總結(jié)出了一套安全有效的實(shí)施方案,為解決高精端自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)難題提供范例。

Abstract: In this paper, for the domestic large-scale coal-fired thermal power units, domestic DCS and DEH integrated control system, it is the first time to complete the practice of online servo card replacement under rated working conditions. It reveals the characteristics of software and hardware coupling of DEH fast control system under special mode, overcomes the high-risk challenges of hidden fault diagnosis and online operation of servo card, and summarizes a set of safe and effective implementation scheme, which can provide reference for the future. This paper provides an example to solve the maintenance problem of high precision automatic control system.
