摘要:溫度是發(fā)電廠中監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備狀態(tài)的重要參數(shù)之一,涵蓋從系統(tǒng)到設(shè)備的每個(gè)角落。隨著DCS系統(tǒng)的廣泛應(yīng)用,溫度參數(shù)不再僅僅局限于監(jiān)視,已被廣泛運(yùn)用到保護(hù)回路和自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)回路中。本文結(jié)合電廠實(shí)際情況,介紹如何利用DCS系統(tǒng)的強(qiáng)大計(jì)算和邏輯判斷能力,對(duì)溫度拒動(dòng)和誤動(dòng)邏輯做出更合理的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度保護(hù)、溫度連續(xù)預(yù)測(cè)等功能。

Abstract: Temperature is one of the important parameters to monitorequipment status in power plant, covering every corner from systemto equipment. With the wide application of DCS system, temperatureparameters are not only limited to monitoring, but also widely usedin protection circuit and automatic regulation circuit. Based on theactual situation of power plant, this paper introduces how to use thepowerful calculation and logic judgment ability of DCS system to makea more reasonable design for the logic of temperature misoperation andmisoperation, so as to realize the functions of temperature protectionand continuous temperature prediction.
